By accessing or using the Paylap Pet Care website or app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Who can use Paylap
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and provide accurate information when creating an account.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login and OTP details secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Listings, adoptions & sales
Pet listings are created by users. Paylap is a platform that connects pet owners, adopters and rescuers — we are not a party to any adoption, sale or transaction, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users. Always verify details and meet safely.
Rescues & donations
Rescue cases and donations are coordinated between users, rescuers and NGOs. While we provide tools for transparency, we do not guarantee outcomes. Donations are made at your discretion.
AI features are not professional advice
The AI PetCare assistant and AI rescue analysis provide general guidance only and are not a substitute for a qualified veterinarian. In an emergency, contact a vet immediately.
Acceptable use
Do not post false, harmful, illegal, or abusive content; do not misuse listings, harass other users, or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
The Paylap name, logo, and platform are owned by us. User-submitted content remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it for operating the service.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Paylap is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform, user conduct, or transactions between users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
